Instagram Hand Lettering Challenge for July

I've been having so much fun participating in hand lettering challenges on Instagram, that I decided to create my own! I'm calling it the #InspiredLetteringChallenge. To kick it off, the first month is filled with inspiring words. I'd love for you to join me! Do them all, or just one - whatever moves you! Use any style of lettering you like - calligraphy, brush lettering, or even iPad lettering! New Painting!

If you can believe it, I just finished a new watercolor painting! It's called "Almost There." This is my first watercolor painting in over a year, which is completely ridiculous. School keeps me so busy that there isn't much time for anything else but I've been trying to paint for at least an hour a day. I also recently finished a new miniature watercolor. It was a fun challenge. :)

Hi all!! It's been about 9 months since my last blog post! Eeek!! I have been incredibly busy with school but I'm trying to find more time for my art because I miss it terribly! A huge part of my heart feels like it's missing when I'm not working on something creative.
